After not being out with the camera for a few months an early start on Tuesday of this week with a visit to Tophill Low once again. This time rather than basing myself at North Marsh I went onto South marsh east and was rewarded with 5 Little Egrets keeping me company all day. Also a couple of Little Ringed Plovers, Lapwings and a very friendly Rabbit made it a busy day. Great to see a Pied Wagtail spending its day feeding its chick as shown in the photo in this blog and I also had a first in seeing a Grey Wagtail.
